Mental Health Services

At Lifespan ABA Inc., we recognize that emotional well-being is a critical component of overall development. In addition to our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, we offer professional mental health counseling to support the emotional, social, and psychological needs of the individuals and families we serve.

Our licensed clinical mental health counselors provide individualized therapy in a safe, supportive environment tailored to each client’s unique challenges, goals, and strengths. We work with children, adolescents, and families to address a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, trauma, grief, self-esteem, family conflict, and behavioral challenges.

We understand that many of our clients may be navigating both developmental and emotional difficulties. That’s why our mental health services are designed to complement and integrate with ABA treatment when appropriate, ensuring a holistic approach that supports the whole child.

Our counseling services include:

  • Individual therapy for children and adolescents
  • Family and caregiver support counseling
  • Trauma-informed care and coping strategies
  • Emotional regulation and mindfulness-based interventions
  • Social skills and self-advocacy support
  • Collaboration with school personnel and other providers
  • Referrals for additional psychiatric or psychological services when needed

All services are delivered by Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselors (LCMHC) with extensive experience in child development, behavioral health, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

Whether your child is facing emotional difficulties, life transitions, or the stressors of daily living, we are here to help you navigate the journey with compassion and clinical excellence. Our goal is to ensure that every family we serve feels heard, supported, and equipped with the tools needed to thrive.
